Ms. Aditi Manduskar
Ms. Manduskar earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management studies with specialization in International Marketing & Finance from Mumbai University.
She worked at a multinational manufacturing firm for 3 years initially into Corporate Planning and then as a Relationship Manager for large strategic accounts. She then moved on to the Information Technology and set her foothold in the software industry by starting in a small size Indian company CTech as a Key Account Manager. During her tenure in CTech, she was exposed to various roles including business analyst, project management and business development. She was responsible for business development and management of key strategic accounts in India and USA which contributed to a large chunk of the company's revenues.
She has 6 years of experience in the IT industry and currently heads the business development division in blueMango.

Mr. Zuzar Lakdawala
Mr. Lakdawala earned a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Accountancy from Calcutta University, West Bengal.
He has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry and currently heads the operations and technology divisions in blueMango.
Prior to starting blueMango solutions, he spent 9 years in various technical roles ranging from development, project management, designing & architecting.
One of his forte in the designing & architecture space was creating development frameworks to expedite and channelize the software development process. While working in Deloitte India he was nominated to present one such framework created by him for the Department of Common Wealth, USA which was later on selected for development.
